Following a competitive qualifications-based selection process, McPherson Public Schools has selected Simpson Construction as the district's Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) partner for projects approved by voters through the 2026 bond election.
The selection process included written proposals and interviews, with firms evaluated on experience, project approach, financial stewardship, and commitment to collaboration. Simpson Construction was selected as the partner best equipped to help the district deliver high-quality projects while maximizing the community's investment.
As Construction Manager at Risk, Simpson Construction will work alongside the district's architectural partner, incite Design Studio, and district staff from the earliest stages of planning through construction. Their involvement early in the design process helps identify cost-saving opportunities, refine project schedules, and ensure projects stay on budget while delivering the best possible value for the community.
