Welcome to the Roosevelt Elementary School website. I hope that you will find it useful in getting to know our school.

Roosevelt Elementary School is an extraordinary school with a long-standing tradition of excellence.  Children are greeted each day by a staff of dedicated and caring teachers, secretaries, custodians and administration who work together to create a warm and nurturing environment for each and every child.

In educating the whole child, it is our goal to guide youngsters socially and emotionally as well as academically. To accomplish this, RES students embody traits that lead to positive behavior, added confidence and increased motivation.

Louis Pasteur once wrote, "When I approach a child, he inspires in me two sentiments; tenderness for what he is and respect for what he may become." It is with tenderness and respect that we welcome all children to Roosevelt Elementary School.
